How much does it cost?

The cost of your American Stuff a Bear party is simply the cost what you spend on each child. If you choose a $10 animal, the price per child is $10 per child plus shipping (tax applies in Alabama). You will see your actual total in the check out cart.
There are 160 stuffed animal kits to choose from. Each stuffed animal kit includes everything you need to make the stuffed animal plus a birth certificate, silk star insert to wish upon, and a stuffed animal carrier.
Stuffed Animal Kits range are $10-$18 each. Clothing Prices begin at $3. Accessory Prices begin at $3.
Party banners, invitations, costumes, and additional craft activities are available in the online store.

What is an American Stuff-a-Bear party like?
We have developed a custom party for the exclusive use of American Stuff a Bear Parties. This script centers around your child and makes them the star of the stuffing event. The party begins with the guests singing Happy Birthday to your child. We record this song onto a sounchip that is then placed into your child's stuffed animal. Your child can play their birthday song over and over again just by squeezing the animal's paw.
The next unique ceremony developed by American Stuff a Bear is the WISHING CEREMONY. Your child is the star of this ceremony as only they have the special birthday magic needed to make all of the guest's wishes come true. These wishes are blown onto small silk stars that are placed into the stuffed animal or doll.
Now let the stuffing begin! Only American Stuff a Bear has a FLUFFING CEREMONY to turn soft stuffing into marshmallow treats that the children "feed" the animals until they are full and cuddly.

How long does a party last?
Hand Stuffing parties last approximately 40 minutes regardless of the number of guests. This is ideal for large groups and younger children who may fear a machine. Stuffing machines are available in established territories for a rental fee of $40 per hour. 15 children per hour can be accommodated.

How does American Stuff a Bear know which animals to bring to my event?
There are currently 2 ways to order for your event:

The first and easiest way is to order the same animal for every guest who has RSVP'd to your event. Order online with your the day prior to your party as the NEED BY date.

If you would like for your guest to choose their own animal, American Stuff a Bear has an exclusive offering for our customers: party web sites free with a $25 party deposit! This deposit goes applies toward your animl kit order. Your website may feature up to 12 animals, 12 accessories, and 12 outfits on a page all your own. The page will repeat your party information and will have pictures of the choices without pricing. You'll print the web page address on your invites so your guests will tell you what they would like when they RSVP. You'll then order this selection online.

What happens if someone does not show up, do I still have to pay for that animal kit?
Yes, you will pay for your order when you place it online.
Returns are accepted within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges are welcome on unused merchandise within 30 days for the cost of shipping.
We recommend packing the animal kit in the provided carrier and giving it as a gift.

How far in advance do I have to order?
In Stock Items ship out within 24-48 hours of your order. In times of need, don't hesitate to call our retail location to arrange for overnight delivery.
If time allows, we recommend you place your order at least 10 business days prior to your party. This will ensure that even merchandise that is on backorder will be back in stock in time for your party.
