Invitations:
Buy Superhero invitations, print them on red, yellow and blue paper, search Google images to find superhero clip art, or use superhero stickers to decorate plain paper.

Cake:
Make a round cake, and use red, yellow and blue frosting to decorate with a superhero logo, such as Superman or Spiderman. Ask the boys to dress up as their favorite superhero.

Games:

1. Super Hero training course - Set up an obstacle course outdoors and let the "superheros-in-training" run through it. Place obstacles they have to run around, like bikes or toys, and hoops they have to hop in and out of like hula hoops or tires.
2. Pin the "S" on Superman
3. Green Lantern Toss - help collect rings for the Green Lantern by tossing green rings onto a post. Divid the boys into two teams, whichever team gets the most rings on the target at the end of the game wins.
4. Kryptonite - Played like Hot potato but with a green glow stick.
5. Spiderman says - played like Simon says but the boys get to take turns being Simon and whoever is Simon gets to wear a Spiderman mask.
